Privacy Policy

This policy covers everything on drive4jasko.com: the public recruiting pages, the online driver application, and the driver portal. If you drive for JASKO or apply to drive for JASKO, this is how we handle your information.

• Contact and identity info — name, phone, email, address, date of birth, and the last four of your SSN (your Driver ID).
• Application info — employment history, driving record, and anything you enter on the driver application, as required by FMCSA regulations (49 CFR 391.21).
• Driver documents — photos of your CDL, medical examiner certificate, and other documents you upload through the portal. Each document is marked Required or Optional so you know what you must provide and what you can skip.
• E-signature records — forms you fill and sign, with timestamps.

We ask to see your Social Security card once, so our office can verify your SSN for employment eligibility (including E-Verify). The moment it is verified, the photo is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We keep a record that verification happened and when — we never keep the card image itself, and we never store your full SSN alongside it.

JASKO uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility. The E-Verify case proof is saved to your driver file in our office records.

• We never sell your personal information. Ever.
• We never keep your Social Security card photo after verification.
• We never share driver information publicly. Driver names, phone numbers, and hours-of-service data are internal only.

Driver qualification records are kept as long as FMCSA regulations require (generally three years after you leave). If you ask us to delete your information, we will — except where the law requires us to keep it, in which case we will tell you exactly what and why.

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the office at recruiting@jaskoent.com and we will respond.

The application and portal run over encrypted connections. Office access is password-protected and logged. No system is perfect, but we design around a simple rule: collect as little as possible, keep it as short as possible.
