THE STRUCTURE
Two relationships.
Clear agreements.
JASKO Leasing, LLC provides the equipment lease. JASKO Enterprises, Inc. separately contracts for authorized carrier operations. Each relationship is governed by its own written agreement.
A lease applicant must qualify as a driver and independent contractor. Leasing equipment does not create employment, guarantee dispatch, guarantee revenue or guarantee ownership.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification comes first.
- Meet driver standardsSatisfy JASKO and current insurer experience, MVR, PSP and safety requirements.
- Approved business entityMaintain an active LLC or corporation, EIN, W-9 and business banking.
- Execute all agreementsSign the JASKO Leasing equipment agreement and applicable JASKO Enterprises contractor documents.
- Security depositA required deposit must be paid or funded as stated in the equipment lease.
- Insurance complianceMaintain WC or occupational accident and all other contractually required coverage.
- Insurance escrowRequired contributions may be deducted from settlements under written authorization and governing agreements.
- Financial readinessOperator must understand fixed and variable business costs and maintain adequate working capital.
- Equipment responsibilityInspection, maintenance, cleanliness, damage reporting and return conditions apply.

FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
Understand every deduction.
Before signing, the operator receives applicable lease payments, security deposit, insurance charges, escrow contributions, maintenance responsibilities, damage obligations, default terms, purchase-option terms and return conditions in writing.

A lease operator is responsible for evaluating revenue variability, fuel, maintenance, downtime, taxes, insurance and other business costs. No earnings or ownership outcome is guaranteed.
