PURPOSE — BEFORE WE MOVE FORWARD

At JASKO, we believe a successful working relationship starts with understanding each other's expectations.

We want to know where you prefer to operate, which areas you would rather avoid, your home-time needs, mileage and income goals, and any operating concerns. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate driver preferences because driver satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships matter.

However, we do not create freight to match individual preferences. Freight availability, rates, lanes, and schedules are determined by the market and our customers.

Our success depends on providing dependable service, accepting freight responsibly, meeting appointments, communicating professionally, and honoring commitments. Every successfully completed load helps JASKO build customer relationships, earn repeat business, and create more opportunities for everyone.

We must balance the needs of our drivers, equipment owners, customers, dispatchers, and the company. That sometimes requires flexibility from everyone.

Company drivers: JASKO determines freight assignments and operating schedules based on business needs, applicable law, and safety requirements. We consider your preferences whenever reasonably possible, but specific lanes, destinations, miles, and home-time schedules cannot always be guaranteed.

Independent owner-operators: You retain the freedom to determine your availability, operating schedule, preferred lanes, home time, and whether to accept offered loads, consistent with your independent contractor agreement. Once you voluntarily accept a load, we expect you to honor that commitment and communicate promptly if a problem develops.

No driver is expected to operate in unsafe conditions or violate applicable hours-of-service or other safety regulations.

Our goal is simple: determine whether we are a good fit before moving forward. Please answer honestly. There are no perfect answers, but clear expectations prevent problems later.

You do not need to disclose private medical or family details.

SECTION 4 — MILEAGE & EARNINGS EXPECTATIONS

Questions 8–10 are answered in the fields below.

SECTION 6 — UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

At JASKO, a load is more than a trip from pickup to delivery.

Our customers evaluate carriers on service reliability, on-time performance, tender acceptance, tender rejection, communication, and whether accepted loads are returned or canceled—especially close to pickup.

Last-minute cancellations can disrupt customer operations, damage business relationships, and reduce future freight opportunities for everyone.

We expect professional drivers and dispatchers to identify potential conflicts early, communicate immediately, and avoid accepting commitments they cannot reasonably fulfill.

For Independent Owner-Operators (1099)

I understand that I retain the right to accept or decline offered loads and control my own availability and home time, subject to my agreement. Once I voluntarily accept a load, I understand that JASKO and its customers rely on that commitment. I am expected to communicate promptly about any problem affecting performance and coordinate a resolution consistent with my agreement.

☐ I understand and agree.

☐ I would like to discuss my expectations before proceeding.

Enter your choice in the Section 6 field below.

SECTION 7 — FINAL QUESTIONS
