Why JASKO

A Family Carrier Since 2003

JASKO Enterprises, Inc. was founded in Dania Beach, Florida in 2003 and has been hauling refrigerated freight ever since (MC 461470). We’re now based in Buckeye, Arizona — not a mega-fleet — a focused fleet of trucks where drivers are names, not numbers.

Asset-based refrigerated fleet. Food doesn’t stop — neither do our miles.

Headquartered in Buckeye, AZ. Home time that actually means home.

Built To Last, Built Around Drivers

Two decades on the road teaches you what matters: equipment you can trust, freight that keeps moving, and an office that treats drivers like professionals.

Pay & Programs

How JASKO Pays Drivers

Settlements are paid weekly by direct deposit. No waiting on checks, and no guessing about when your money lands.

  • 01Mileage-based pay — company drivers start at $0.55–$0.60 per mile total — qualifying per diem of up to $0.10 CPM is included within the rate, and drivers earn more through Driver Value and Production pay — no blended numbers you have to decode.
  • 02Qualifying detention, bobtail standby, layover, and local work are paid time — not free time. The structure is spelled out before you start.
  • 03Benefits are available for full-time drivers. Recruiting reviews the current package with you during hiring — the summary they give you is the official version.
  • 04A Peterbilt incentive and trailer drop pay are being finalized. We would rather tell you plainly that they are in the works than promise numbers that are not set.
Running your own truck? Percentage-based settlements, fuel and tire programs, and a drop-trailer pool — under the signed contractor agreement.

Routes & Home Time

Where You’ll Run

Nationwide over-the-road reefer freight, with our strongest lanes connecting Arizona, the Midwest, and the Southeast. Assignments follow customer freight, available equipment, and dispatch planning.

Our target is about 7 days out for every 1.5 days home, planned with dispatch. It is a target we work toward — not a slogan, and not a guarantee freight can’t keep.

You don’t have to live in Arizona to drive with JASKO. JASKO reimburses your travel to Buckeye for orientation after 90 days of employment. Parking arrangements near your home are worked out with Recruiting individually before you start.
